These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement" or "Terms") govern your use of Floating Dragon online services, including but not limited to its website, mobile applications, and any other platforms provided by us (collectively referred to as the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at any time without prior notice and with immediate effect by removing access to our Service or closing your account. Your continued breach of these Terms will constitute grounds for termination.

11. Waiver

The failure by us to enforce any term, covenant, agreement, condition, or provision contained in this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver or consent to future violations thereof.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and us concerning your use of our Service. By continuing to use our Service after the effective date indicated above, you signify your acceptance of these revised Terms and Conditions.

If a court finds any part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, such language will be removed from the Agreement and replaced with language that is valid and enforceable.
